PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Notice provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

DATA CONTROLLER

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The data is collected to provide a service, for the execution of a contract, to respond to a request, or following a spontaneous provision by the user. The provision is optional. Failure to provide it will prevent or limit the provision of the service or the execution of the contract with the data subject. Personal data will also be used for the following purposes: sending technical, commercial, and informative communications; market research and quality control. Navigation data is also collected anonymously regarding IP address, date and time of access, requested URL. These data are collected for statistical purposes, to check the correct functioning of the services, for security reasons, and to comply with current regulations. These data are not transmitted to third parties.

RECIPIENTS OF THE COLLECTED DATA

Personal data may be communicated to third parties for the purposes of processing.

STORAGE

Personal data is stored for an unlimited period of time, at the discretion of the Data Controller. Where applicable, they are still stored for the minimum period provided for by the law. Access logs are kept for 6 months.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or to object to the processing, data portability. These requests will be followed up to the extent that they are not in conflict with the law.

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data www.garanteprivacy.it.

COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by users send to their terminals, where they are stored to be then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit. The so-called “third-party” cookies, however, are set by a website different from the one the user is visiting. This is because each site can contain elements (images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains, etc.) that reside on servers different from the site visited.

The use of session cookies (i.e., temporary cookies that are removed with the closure of the browser session) is strictly functional to optimizing the enjoyment of the site and therefore to ensure the best navigation within the site. Among the technical cookies, there are analytical cookies with anonymization of the IP address and for which the third party undertakes not to cross the information contained in the cookies with others it already has (these cookies are equated to technical cookies by the clarification of the Guarantor).
